An open source Masters dissertation from start to finish on Brettanomyces spp. and their use as a primary fermentation yeast. Thanks to everyone who followed the blog during my studies and make sure to check out all the information I compiled throughout.

I have been working on a new endeavor that will directly tie in with the Brettanomyces Project, allowing the research and knowledge gained to come full circle. I have been working hard to get Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project off the ground and brewing beer.
